Steps:

• Create New Access point settings
• APN Internet
• No proxy
• No port
• Download Simple Android Server
• Install it on your phone

Simple Android Server settings 

• Choose connection type as VPN
• Go to connection settings
• Tick on Enable proxy
• Proxy host 46.72.158.141 
• Port 8080
• Enable  header  tweaking
• Tweak type Injection
• Injection method GET
• Injection Query/URL 111.93.115.201/tn.aspx
• Injection host 111.93.115.205/
